Earn Campaign Rules
Effective 8 September 2026. Earn campaigns pay creators for verified views of clips that show Elyum in use. They are run by Elyum AI, Inc. (“Elyum”, “we”) under the Partner Terms and the Terms of Use. Each campaign page states that campaign’s own rate, floor, caps, pool and dates; those figures and these rules can change for future submissions as described in section 9. Contact: [email protected].
1. What a campaign publishes
Every campaign page states the rate per 1,000 verified views, the floor paid in credits when a clip is approved, the platforms, the minimum views, the caps per clip and per creator, the total pool, and the dates. When the pool is spent or the end date passes, the campaign closes to new submissions; clips already approved still settle.
2. Who can take part
Any Elyum account that is not flagged internal and whose Earn access is not suspended. Creator Partners earn at up to 1.5 times the published rate, with higher caps. A creator’s first campaign is capped (currently at $250) until one payout has cleared.
3. Content rules
- The clip is made in Elyum, and it shows the kill/keep loop: a keep, a kill, the balance moving. The refund must be unmistakable within two seconds of appearing on screen.
- The clip starts from a viewer’s problem, not from spectacle. A render with no product in it is not a campaign clip.
- Tag @elyum; put your Elyum code or link in the caption or your bio; add a paid-partnership disclosure (“ad”, “paid partnership”, or the platform’s branded-content label).
- Originals only. No reposts, no re-uploads of other creators’ clips, one submission per post, one post per clip.
- No real person’s likeness without their written consent; no third-party characters, brands or music you do not have rights to; no political, sexual or shock content. Breach is a rejection and a ban from all campaigns.
4. Review
A human reviews every submission against these rules, normally within 3 business days. Approval pays the floor credits immediately. A rejection states its reason. A submission may be flagged for a closer look; flagged clips are not paid until cleared.
5. Verification and payment
Views are counted twice: on day 3 after approval and on day 14. The day-3 count pays half of what has accrued; the day-14 count pays the rest and closes the clip. Counts come from the platform where we can read them (YouTube through its public API) or from an automated snapshot of the public post; where neither is available we use the count you show us from your analytics (send it through support). You may take payment in cash (paid on the 15th with your other Earn balance) or in credits at the conversion rate shown on the campaign page (currently 150 credits per US dollar). Approved and paid amounts are never revoked. Unclaimed balances may be held while a clip is investigated.
6. Fraud
Purchased views, engagement pods, bots, duplicate accounts, and clips whose view counts jump implausibly or land exactly on a cap go to a human review lane before any payment. Three rejections in one campaign pause your submissions for that campaign. Deliberate fraud ends your participation in all programs and forfeits unpaid balances.
7. Appeals
If you disagree with a rejection or a view count, write to [email protected] or open the support messenger with the submission link and your analytics screenshot. We answer within 5 business days.
8. Rights
You keep your clip. You grant Elyum a non-exclusive, worldwide, 12-month licence to reproduce and display it in our own marketing with attribution, revocable for future use by written notice.
9. Changes
Earn campaigns are promotional and offered at our discretion. We may change a campaign’s rate, floor, caps, platforms, pool, dates or rules at any time, may pause or close a campaign early, and may change these rules or end the Earn program, for any reason, including changes in our costs or our business. Changes are posted on the campaign page or here and apply to submissions made after they are posted; a clip that is already approved settles under the terms in force when it was approved, and approved and paid amounts are never revoked. The rates and caps we publish are maximums for the campaign, not a guarantee of earnings. Section 10 of the Partner Terms applies to the Earn program as well.
