Partner Terms

Effective 8 September 2026. These terms govern the Elyum referral program, the affiliate program and the Creator Partner program (together, “the programs”) run by Elyum AI, Inc. (“Elyum”, “we”) on elyum.ai. They sit on top of the Terms of Use. Every rate, bonus, cap and hold below is a maximum or a current setting, not a guarantee: the programs are promotional and we may change them as described in section 10. Contact: [email protected].

1. Joining

Every account has a referral link. The affiliate track opens when you accept these terms on your Earn page; the Creator Partner track is by application and our written approval. You must be 18 or older, and the account must not be flagged internal. We may decline, limit or end participation at any time; you may leave at any time from your Earn page or by email.

2. Attribution

A visitor is attributed to you when they create an account within 30 days of following your link (a first-party cookie, last click wins), or when they add your code within 7 days of creating their account. One referrer per account, permanently. No attribution is made, and no reward is due, when the new account shares your device or a network address you have used, uses a disposable or farm email domain, pays with your payment method, or is created by you or on your behalf (“self-referral”). An attribution can earn you rewards for up to 12 months from the date it is made.

3. Rewards

  • Referral (credits). When a person you referred pays for credits or a plan, you may receive up to 20% of the credits they bought, subject to an annual ceiling (currently 30,000 credits per calendar year). Referral rewards clear a hold (currently 14 days) and, once released, never expire. Nothing is paid for a signup.
  • Affiliate (cash). When a person you referred pays, you may receive up to 30% (Creator Partners: up to 35%) of the net amount, meaning the amount paid less taxes, payment-processing fees and refunds, on plans, renewals, upgrades and top-ups. Commissions clear a hold (currently 30 days). You may elect to receive commissions as credits instead of cash, at the conversion rate shown on your Earn page (currently 150 credits per US dollar).
  • Your audience. A person who signs up through your link may receive up to 100 welcome credits in addition to the standard welcome budget (when that budget is granted in full), and up to 20% extra credits, up to 2,000, on their first purchase.

The rate that applies to a reward is the rate in effect for your account when the qualifying purchase is made, as shown on your Earn page at that time; each reward is recorded there with its hold and its status. If a payment is refunded, disputed or reversed, the rewards it produced are cancelled; released cash rewards are deducted from your next payout (never below zero) and released credit rewards are removed from your balance. Credit rewards are promotional credits under the Terms of Use: they have no cash value and are not transferable.

4. Payouts

Cash balances are paid monthly, on or about the 15th, for balances that have cleared their hold and reach the payout minimum (currently $50), to the PayPal account (or, on request, the Wise account) on your Earn page. Payouts are made after a review of the balance, and we may hold a payout while we verify it. Before the first payout you must provide a tax form (IRS Form W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E otherwise). You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn; where required we will issue tax information returns. If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU outside our country of establishment, commissions are treated as reverse-charge supplies and you must provide a valid VAT number.

5. Prohibited tactics

You must not: bid on “Elyum” or misspellings of it as paid-search keywords; place your link on coupon, cashback, deal or incentive sites; run paid advertising pointing at our domain without our written permission; buy through your own link or arrange for others to do so on your behalf; use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes or any technique that attributes visitors who did not knowingly click; send unsolicited email or messages; misrepresent Elyum, its prices, its rewards or its guarantees; or present yourself as Elyum. Breach voids unpaid rewards and ends your participation.

6. Disclosure

Wherever you share your link or code, you must disclose clearly and conspicuously that you may earn from purchases (for example “ad”, “paid partnership” or “I earn credits when you sign up”), as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides, the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and the Digital Services Act. When you describe the programs, describe rewards as we publish them (“up to”), never as guaranteed amounts. You are responsible for compliance in every jurisdiction where your content is seen.

7. Brand assets and creator content

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Elyum name, logo and screenshots to promote Elyum truthfully while you are in a program; it ends when your participation ends. Creator Partners grant Elyum a non-exclusive, worldwide, 12-month licence to reproduce and display the content they submit or tag for Elyum in our own marketing, with attribution; you may revoke it for future use by written notice.

8. Creator Partners

Partners receive the perks stated on the Earn page at the time of approval (currently a comped plan for 12 months, a private channel, the partner affiliate rate and a multiplier on Earn campaigns) while active. The expectation is two posts a month that show the studio in use with attribution to Elyum. No exclusivity is required. We may pause perks when the two posts a month stop, and we tell you first. Comped plan credits follow the plan’s normal expiry. Perks may change for future periods under section 10.

9. Termination

Either side may end participation at any time. On termination you must stop using the brand assets and take down your links within 30 days. Rewards earned before termination that clear their hold are paid in the ordinary course, unless termination was for breach.

10. Changes to the programs

The programs are promotional and offered at our discretion. We may change any part of them at any time, including commission rates, credit rewards and bonuses, multipliers, caps and ceilings, hold periods, payout minimums and methods, conversion rates, partner perks, eligibility rules and these terms, and we may suspend, pause or end any program or track, in whole or in part, for any reason, including changes in our costs, our prices or our business. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date; where practical we will also announce them on the Earn page or by email.

Changes take effect when posted unless they state a later date, and apply to purchases, renewals, views and referrals that occur after that. Rewards already recorded on your Earn page keep the rate at which they were recorded, and released rewards are not reduced by a change, except where a reward is cancelled or forfeited under section 3 (refunds, disputes and reversals), section 5 (prohibited tactics) or the Earn Campaign Rules. If a program ends, rewards recorded before the end date that clear their hold are paid in the ordinary course.

The figures we publish are maximums and illustrations, not commitments. Nothing in the programs guarantees any level of earnings, any number of referrals, or the continued availability of any track, rate or perk. Your continued participation after a change is acceptance of it; if you do not agree, stop sharing your links and leave the program from your Earn page.

11. General

The programs are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Nothing in the programs creates an employment, agency, joint-venture or partnership relationship; you take part as an independent party and are responsible for your own taxes and compliance.
